About the opportunity:

We are looking for an Estate Administrator to join our Deceased Estates Team in our Perth office. This position will be responsible for the management of Estate Administration matters and will work closely with Mechtech Executors, Senior Estate Administration staff,  members of the Business Advisory department and other key persons within the firm.

About your responsibilities:

• General Estate administration matters;
• Review of Will and Estate Documents;
• Preparation of Assets & Liabilities schedules;
• Liaising with lawyers on probate matters;
• Attendance to asset transfers and estate liabilities;
• Preparation of cost base schedules;
• Meeting with beneficiaries;
• Assisting with Assets realisation and transfers;
• Providing ongoing advice and assistance to Executors.

About you:

• Experience working in a similar role;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Customer centric;
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office products including strong Microsoft Excel skills;
• Proven ability to work in an organised approach and meet deadlines;
• Ability to delegate and manage tasks.
