Planned Maintenance Services FAQ

What does a heavy mobile rebuild involve?

A heavy mobile equipment rebuild is a comprehensive process that includes the full disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of critical components such as engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, suspensions, and brake assemblies. Each part is thoroughly tested and either refurbished or replaced with OEM-certified components to restore the machine to like-new performance and ensure extended service life.

Timing varies by scope and parts availability. A core engine rebuild is typically completed within 5 to 10 working days when parts are in stock. A full machine rebuild takes longer. We provide a confirmed schedule with the estimate.

We use OEM parts when required. Where remanufactured parts meet standards, we will suggest them to reduce cost while keeping performance and warranty intact.

Warranty varies by component and rebuild package. Typical warranty covers workmanship and fitted parts. Specific terms will be in the estimate and job sheet.
